WHAT'S BEHIND THE NAME?
First of all you might wonder what EL-WARRAQ means!
Well, I am not an expert but from the consultation that I’ve made, EL-WARRAQ Insya-Allah could have few meanings, among them is Bookseller or an Author. In old days where photocopy machine is still not available, a person who has a job copy reading materials is also called as El-Warraq.

Reading is like breathing to me. Since I was small, I have always surrounded by books and I grow up with that habit. When I got married and had babies, I cultivated the same passion to my children and Alhamdulillah, it seems that I am reaping what I sowed earlier. All my four children love to read. Hopefully, the habit stays with them forever. As an avid reader myself, I have collected quite a lot of books and after observing for so many years, it is sad to found out that not many Malaysians are readers! Most of us would love to eat more than to read!
Hence, with the launching of EL-WARRAQ BOOKSHOP, it is one way of sharing the collection of books that I have.
Now, you can rent books in the comfort of your home. We will send the book to your doorstep.
Having an online store (not only bookstore) is an advantage. You do not have to pay a parking fee and also the risk of buying “not-in-the list things” will be minimized. I am sure you understand what I am talking about, don’t you?

Alhamdulillah recent emails which I received from D0ha gave good news. Insya-Allah we are getting all the crucial information and this will expedite project matters.
I've mentioned in my previous entry about feeling quilty not being able to attend to my children as I usually done. I guess many of working mothers feel the same too. With most mothers today working to contribute their income to the family, we have dilemmas concerning our children.
Who's going to take care of them?
Some will employ maids , others will send their children to the care of babysitters, kindergarten, nurseries, etc.
The problem is how to choose a reliable care givers?
So, now you have one more choice to consider. My friends have opened a "One Stop Transit Centre" Before and After School which they called as TRANSKIDZ for children from the age of 6 to 12 years old.
